January 3, 2009 - Michael goes book shopping.

January 15, 2009 - Michael goes to Dr. Klein's in Beverly Hills with Blanket.

February 10, 2009 - Michael goes to Dr. Klein's in Beverly Hills.

March 5, 2009 - Michael announces his last concerts in London beginning on July 08 during a short press conference at the O2 Arena. The event named "This Is It". The touring deal with concert promoter AEG Live was arranged by a Colony Capital associate Dr Tohme Tohme who has been Michael's manager and president of MJJ Productions for a year. As part of the deal, AEG's corporate parent, Anschutz Corp., agreed to invest in a pet project of Mr. Jackson's, a 3-D feature film based on his song and music video "Thriller." People close to the singer say that he is eager to return to work." Between Anschutz and us, he's got plenty of capital," said Tom Barrack, Colony's chief executive." He's serious, he's focused, he's healthy and he's listening." To obtain insurance for the tour, AEG arranged for an independent physician to conduct a five-hour physical exam of Mr. Jackson." March 6, 2009 - Michael goes to see the musical "Oliver" at the Royal Theatre in London with Prince, Paris, Blanket as well as Mark Lester and his children Lucy, Harriet, Olivia & Felix.

March 8, 2009 - Michael writes a teaser message on the website for presale "This is It" tickets.

March 9, 2009 - Michael calls reality-television personality Jade Goody, who is suffering with cervical cancer, to offer any support, promising VIP tickets to his upcoming "This is It" show for her, husband Jack, and her two sons.

April 2009 - Michael accepts a meeting with publishing company Kraken Opus to collaborate on a planned book about his life.

April 20, 2009 - Michael starts the rehearsals for the "This Is It' concerts at Center Staging in Burbank, California with Kenny Ortega & Travis Payne. (Contains all "This is It" stories for now)

Late April 2009 - Michael invites composer David Michael Frank to his home to discuss the compositions of Michael's unfinished classical album.

May 17, 2009 - Michael goes to an art festival in Beverly Hills with Prince, Paris & Blanket.

May 19-21, 2009 - Michael goes to Dr. Klein's in Beverly Hills.

June 1, 2009 - The 7th week of rehearsals begins. The team leaves Center Staging for a bigger place : The Forum in Inglewood, California.

June 11, 2009 - Michael purchases art from Nelson De La Nuez, including a Wicked Witch of the West painting.

June 20, 2009 - Michael speaks with Gerry Inzerello about writing the music for the World Cup song if Inzerello is awarded the song.

June 21, 2009 - Michael calls will.i.am to wish him a Happy Father's Day.

June 23, 2009 - Michael calls Deepak Chopra to informally help him with lyrics for an environmental song he is working on.

June 24, 2009 - Day before Michael's passing. Michael solidifies plans for an upcoming Halloween special with CBS.

June 25, 2009 - Michael passes away.
