...Lisa Marie, 26, and new husband Michael Jackson made only the briefest of stops at Heathrow yesterday...

Luckily, there were plenty of minders around to make sure that cameramen had only brief glimpses as the couple were hustled off their Concorde from New York and onto a private jet for Hungary, where Jackson is to make a video.

"Today" UK newspaper (1994)

Newly-weds Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley flew into Heathrow on Concorde last night.

The couple and six burly minders were whisked on to a private jet on route to Hungary where Jackson will film his latest video and hand out gifts to sick children.

...During the few minutes the pair were at the London airport, they were surrounded by tight security, but TODAY's photographer got exclusive pictures.

Then, after landing in Budapest, our man in Hungary got the first pictures of them together.

American Linda Rirk, 33, sat behind the couple on the supersonic flight from New York. She said: "They were just like any other honeymooning couple. They were doing all these cutesy things together."

The pop star and Elvis Presley's daughter are stepping in a £1,000 a night hotel suite in the capital--with its own security system and a four-poster bed.

The couple were today due to distribute presents at a children's hospital.

Then Jackson will spend two days filming the video for new album, "HIStory".

Its finale will show the Hungarians creating a statue of Jackson himself.
