"CALL FOR REUNION"—A free concert at the Lincoln Memorial, featuring Quincy Jones and other big-name entertainers. The concert starts at 3 p.m. Around 6 p.m., after the concert, President-elect Clinton will lead a procession from the memorial across the Arlington Memorial Bridge to the circle between the bridge and Arlington National Cemetery. There Clinton will ring a copy of the Liberty Bell, part of a nationwide bell ringing. A fireworks display will follow.
