Michael turned 35 when he performed at the National Stadium in Singapore. The fans sang Happy Birthday to him when ending Jam.

Michael had to issue another taped message on the 31sth August, 1993 after a severe migraine forced him to cancel his 30th August show.

“I was suddenly taken ill last night and I am sorry for the cancellation of my performance and I apologize for any inconvenience it might have caused my fans in Singapore. I look forward to seeing you at the stadium tomorrow. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. I love you all. Thank you.”
