Whitney Houston presented Michael with both his World Music awards. After the show Michael invited the crew and his star guest to lunch and a tour of his Neverland ranch.

Michael received The Philips Hall Of Fame Award for Special Achievement in Video. Dirty Diana was honoured with the Number One Video In The World Award.
