Stars from the music world compete against each other in two teams, the East featuring the Jackson family (Michael, Jackie, Marlon, Randy, LaToya and Janet) and the West featuring Lionel Richie amongst others.

Michael and Jackie took part in the 100 metres, LaToya competed in the women's equivalent, Randy swims, LaToya takes part in a cycling event, Janet and LaToya compete in the 60 yard dash, Marlon and Jackie play basketball, everyone competes in the Marathon Walk, Michael gives a quick interview, Marlon in the long jump event, clips of Marlon's birthday celebrations, Michael in the swimming relay, Michael, Marlon and Jackie in the final event, the tug of war.

The Jacksons raised $ 20,000 for the University of California.
