Stephanie Mills, star of Broadway's "The Wiz," and Michael Jackson of the Jacksons singing group will be honored at the 38th annual Beaux Arts Ball of the National Urban League Guild in the grand ballroom of the Waldorf-Astoria Friday in New York. Jean Young, wife of UN Ambassador Andrew Young, is honorary chairwoman of the "salute to youth" gathering.
