When I was 14, we were at the Rose Parade which was a yearly event for us even tho we live in Southern California but what made this day extra special was when the Arco float broke down thus making the Jackson Five's float have to idle right in front of us for about 20 minutes.  Of course everyone was running up to Michael and asking for his autograph and he was such a sweet kid.  He was more than glad to talk to everyone and sign their autographs.  So while ABC played over and over on the float, I met Michael Jackson and his brothers and have always cherished this day in my memory.
